Citizenship & Leadership Training Centre
The Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre is a Parastatal in the Federal Ministry of Youths.
It is principally a human resource development outfit established for the training and moulding of Nigeria Citizenry to become responsible and respectable Citizens and Leaders.
The Centre is by all indications the only informal educational institution in Nigeria that executes experiential and Outward Bound education. It provides citizenship and leadership training in an atmosphere in which self-discovery and self-actualization are evidently based on one’s competence and ability, irrespective of origin, belief or class.

JUNIOR COURSE
(OUTWARD BOUND TRAINING)
(OUTWARD BOUND TRAINING) Primary and Junior Secondary School Students (JSS1-3) to give them the needed exposure.
SENIOR COURSES
(SENIOR CIVIL SERVANTS) (ONLINE TRAINING)
This is a training specially designed for the Civil Servants (Senior and middle-level Leadership Servants) to equip them with Leadership qualities and good Citizenship responsibilities.
INTERMEDIATE JUNIOR COURSES
(OUTWARD BOUND TRAINING)
These are training categories for Senior Secondary School Students (SS1-3) and Teenagers.
INTERMEDIATE-SENIOR COURSES
(OUTWARD BOUND TRAINING)
This training category involves Tertiary institutions:

5. Students of PHE (Department of Kinetics workers)
